IVY GIN GIMLET
The Ivy Gimlet, one our personal favorite cocktails, is a wonderful creation by the Ivy Restaurant in Los Angeles. The combination of mint and lime creates a perfect balance of sweet and sour.
Ingredients :
- 2 Ounces Vodka
- 1 Ounce Fresh Lime Juice
- 3/4 Ounce of Simple Syrup
- 8-10 Mint Leaves
- Lime and Mint Leaves to Garnish
Directions :
- Combine the Vodka, Lime Juice, Simple Syrup and Mint leaves into the shaker.
- Shake Vigorously
- Strain into a wine glass with lime wedges and mint leaves
